Your offset will plant and protect trees. In addition to capturing carbon from the atmosphere, they will conserve biodiversity and water in the Bellbird Biological Corridor.

Monteverde's economy and social wellbeing faces difficult times as we face the negative effects of COVID-19 in a community that depends mostly on tourism. With many people losing their jobs, we have decided to help by teaming up with the Liaison Commission and reactivating our Emergency Fund to support those who need it the most.

Project:  Generated communications material for Traveler's Philanthropy Program, updated information on Footprints Walking Tour, supported the 200 KM for Monteverde fund-raiser and related events, supported Youth Fund activities.  Stacy interned as a graduating senior at the Santa Elena Professional Technical High School.
