THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT THROUGH THE TOGETHER FOR MONTEVERDE
CAMPAIGN!
In 2019, we reinvigorated our impact by
investing in a permanent home and
equipping local organizations for a vibrant tomorrow.
“Monteverde takes care of the needs of around 200,000 guests every year, which has a big impact on our community, our environment and our families.
Those visitors pay for the good care they receive, and the Community Fund channels some of that money to make sure that Monteverde is taken care of, too.
After this campaign, we'll have a permanent home and a steady income, so we can be a stable - and essential - part of our community."
Tim Curtis, Executive Director
A UNIQUE PARTNERSHIP:
Monteverde Community Fund is working together with the Pro-Library Commission to assure that both the Fund and Monteverde's first Spanish-language library have a space to call home.

A third anchor tenant will occupy the third space and generate revenue to fund our work.
OUR COMMITMENT TO MONTEVERDE
This opportunity allows us to accomplish the following objectives.
1. Accessibility: Located at the economic heart of Monteverde
2. Longevity: A central, recognizable, and permanent home for the MCF.
3. Service: A home for the first and only public Spanish-language library.
4. Financial Stability: The anchor tenant offsets 33% of the Fund’s operations.
PATH TO SUCCESS
Since 2018, together with the Pro-Library Commission, we raised $197,000 toward our new home and impact model.
We are infinitely grateful to the following funders:
+ 19 INDIVIDUAL CHAMPIONS
of $25k toward Small Grants Program
Why is MCF's role important?
Justin Welch, Grantee and member of municipal waste commission:
"Monteverde is a crucial seed funder for local innovation. MCF enables local organizations to establish a baseline of information and experience that can lead to other funding opportunities."
